Refund and Returns Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a third party named by you, receive the goods. To use this right, email info@ulfarr.com before the 14-day period ends. Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Please wait for our return instructions so your parcel can be identified and processed correctly.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and try an item only as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Footwear must be tried indoors and returned unworn outdoors, clean and complete, preferably in its original packaging.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, contact us before returning it; we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

We refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies, including clearly personalised goods, certain sealed hygiene goods after the seal is broken, perishable goods, and digital content or services where performance began with the required consent and the withdrawal right was validly waived.

Faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Email info@ulfarr.com promptly with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Your statutory conformity and guarantee rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfilment begins. Contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the return rules above apply.
