1. Seller and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through shop.ulfarr.com. Úlfarr is a trading name operated by NOXX 75 EOOD, 14 Trapezitsa Street, Central District, Floor 3, Apartment 2, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, VAT BG203191694. Contact: info@ulfarr.com.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, compatibility, stock and images accurately. Screen colours and handcrafted or natural materials may vary slightly. If a material error affects your order, contact us and we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

3. Prices and shipping charges

Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT unless the checkout clearly states otherwise for a legally permitted situation. Any shipping charge and the total payable amount are shown before you place the order. We may change future prices, but a change does not affect an order already accepted.

4. Orders and contract formation

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected goods. You receive an electronic acknowledgement. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order for a genuine reason, including an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an undeliverable destination. If payment was taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods appear at checkout and are processed through the displayed payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimates are shown on the website or at checkout. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. We bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party appointed by you, take physical possession, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us.

7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The detailed procedure, costs, exceptions and refund timing are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Legal guarantee and conformity

Goods must conform to the contract. EU consumers benefit from the mandatory minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods, subject to the rules applicable to the sale. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Responsible website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, commit fraud or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or third parties.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Úlfarr name, original text, graphics and other original website content belong to us or are used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but may not commercially reproduce or distribute protected content without permission.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

12. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures available to consumers under applicable law remain available.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the website. The version that applied when your order was placed remains relevant to that order.
