Where we deliver

We deliver to the European destinations that are available in our checkout. Product availability and shipping rates can vary by destination. If your country or address cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot accept the order at that time.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping charge is calculated and shown in checkout before you pay. Rates may change when our fulfilment partners or carriers update their prices; the rate displayed before payment is the rate that applies to your order.

Processing and delivery

Our current Samelin footwear is fulfilled from within the European Union. Allow an estimated 4–9 business days for delivery within the EU and 4–11 business days for the United Kingdom, including order processing, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, but we will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Unless another period is expressly agreed, orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order is concluded.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation after checkout. When tracking becomes available, we send a shipping confirmation with the available carrier and tracking details.

Address details

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, email info@ulfarr.com immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment has begun.

Delivery responsibility

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a third party appointed by you, take physical possession. If you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, risk transfers when the goods are handed to that carrier as provided by applicable law.

Damaged, incomplete or missing parcels

Contact info@ulfarr.com promptly with your order number and, for visible damage, clear photographs. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.

Returns

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies. Do not send a return before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
